1. Does your car insurance company ever check up on you to see how things are going? It would show that they really care about you as a customer if your answer to this question is “yes” or even “regularly.” Not only would this make you feel good about yourself because you know that you are buying coverage from a company with good service, but you can also expect that you will be able to get questions answered and problems resolved in a timely manner.
